Giant Spool Organizer
Growing up, sewing was one of my favourite hobbies. Now, I still sew for fun but it's also a big part of my job; when I'm not dreaming up DIY projects here, I sew at a custom mascot shop. I had a lot of fun making this giant spool organizer for Design*Sponge - it's super useful for storing all your sewing/creative tools! See the full post here.
Thanksgiving Pie Topper
Cake and pie toppers are pretty much my favourite thing to make - if I bake a cake, you can bet there will be a DIY topper on it. Earlier this week I shared a DIY Thanksgiving pie topper over on Julep - see the full tutorial here.

Paper Lantern Skulls
I love a quick DIY project, and these paper lantern skulls definitely fit the bill! It's such a busy time of year that it's great to have a simple but high impact craft to decorate with. For instructions, check out the full post over on Julep!
Pastel Pretzel Party
Have you noticed the pretzel trend going around lately? I'm a fan! I love chocolate/yogurt covered pretzels so much that they inspired today's project - paper mache pastel pretzels! See the full instructions here.
Shower Umbrella Decor
It can be tricky to come up with original themes for bridal or baby showers, so why not stick with the obvious and make these DIY paper umbrellas? See the full post over on Oh Happy Day.

Mini Ferris Wheel
Straws have got to be one of my all-time favourite craft supplies. They come in so many colours and can be used to build some really cool sculptural projects. Take a look at this mini ferris wheel I made for Oh Happy Day - so much fun for a circus themed party! See the full instructions here.
